Stockholder - New Members Stock Certificate Purchase
For stockholders only. Stockholders are Tamassee Park homeowners who own stock in Tamassee Recreation, Inc. Stock is attached to the home, not the homeowner.
 
This is for new residents who wish to purchase a stock certificate to become a stockholder. It is a one-time fee and is separate from annual maintenance fees.

  • Membership covers those living within the household purchasing said membership. Family and friends who do not live with the member may attend as guests (only with members present), or will need to purchase their own seasonal membership. 

    Stockholder members are permitted up to 4 guests at a time.
