Stockholder-Single Adult | 2025 Seasonal Pool Maintenance Fee
For stockholders only. Stockholders are Tamassee Park homeowners who own stock in Tamassee Recreation, Inc. Stock is attached to the home, not the homeowner.
 
New residents, please connect with the stockholder coordinator to  purchase a stock certificate or reinstate the stock that may have been transferred to you when you purchased your home.

  • Membership covers those living within the household purchasing said membership. Family and friends who do not live with the member may attend as guests (only with members present), or will need to purchase their own seasonal membership. 

    Stockholder members are permitted up to 4 guests at a time.
