This fee is to change ownership of and/or reactivate lapsed stock in Tamassee Recreation, Inc. Stock is attached to the home within the neighborhood. The homeowner is the owner of the stock (whether active or inactive) for as long as they own their home within Tamassee Park. If a home is sold, the stock in Tamassee Recreation, Inc. passes on to the new owner of the property within the neighborhood. If you do not have a certificate, you will need to purchase a new one (click here).
 
Active stockholders are eligible for discounted seasonal pool passes.
